Cheryl

Saturday was one of the hardest days of my life. I had to give a eulogy for my friend Cheryl. I needed to explain her work so that everyone could understand it. And for me to understand it too. It was what I could do to send her off and say goodbye. I still can't believe I'll never see her again in this world.

This week

Walk with Sandy. State Fair. See Lisa. Work on files. Buy supplies for Thursday. Book class. Watch World Series. Indigo class. Doctor at UNC. Collapse in heap Saturday. Find time to paint cabinet doors.

So much time has passed

Since my last blog. Some projects are winding down and some are ready to heat up. Indigo dyeing soon. Book class currently. It's time to design some beadwork, too.

Today

We'll go to the movies and I'll try to learn right angle bead weaving later tonight. Perhaps some ironing to prepare for next week.

10 days off of work

What to do? Let time take care of itself? Why not? It's been a long time since I've really let things just happen when they will.

Today was the day to tend of the checking account. Later a haircut. Perhaps some scrapbook / photo album updating.

July?

Where did time go? Last thing I knew, I was sick in July. Then company. Then what? Work? Yeah. Making some beaded bracelets. I've been doing things, I know. Darned if I know what they were.

Today, I'm sorting through the house and finding things I'm ready to live without. In an attempt to further streamline -- and not go into hoarderville. I know how easy that could be.

So much time has passed

The question is whether to continue with the blog or not. We'll see.
