I finished digitizing the cassettes. I'm back to uncovering unfinished projects. They'll take on a new life and turn out differently than they started out but that's the story of so many things.

Jan Ru

I love hanging out with Jan Ru. I helped her set up her exhibition at UNCW and she helped me look at my life differently. It's time to tell stories about the work I make and see how all of the things I do relate to each other.

Almost new year

I love the week between Christmas and New Years Day. I've been filing, reading and working on the shirt I've been meaning to make since the San Francisco visit -- over a year ago. Next up will be the birdhouse for the music school donation. When it gets warmer at the end of the week. There's still several inches of snow on the ground. Today, I'm going to the dermatologist and see what's up with the moles, if anything.

Last week

I worked in the "land of mystery" at the Gregg. I finished DT's cd cover and disk. And exposed cyanotypes for Karen's jacket. Went to three holiday parties. Had lunch with Bekah. Did a bunch of holiday stuff -- enough to keep the anxiety at bay.
